Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you hereby acknowledge AND agree to the following terms of service stated below.
I retain the right to refuse, halt, or even cancel a commission for any reason, especially if it's due to poor communication, inappropriate demeanor, or breaching the TOS.
Please have visual references at the ready - this makes the whole discussion process much smoother and efficient.
You're not allowed to use any of my works for monetary purposes.
You're not allowed to use any of my works for anything related to crypto/AI/NFTs.
Commissioned works may only be used by the client, or by those whom they've authorized.
Commissions may be reposted by the customer, provided that they properly and clearly credit me (I prefer it if you mentioned my Twitter or Instagram).
Payments and Refunds
A fifty-fifty payment system will be used - for the uninformed, this means that you'll be paying half of the total upfront (to cover work fees), and the other half when the piece is deemed complete.
Depending on the commission, you may be asked to pay the full price upfront.
Payments can either be done through GCash (Philippines) or Roblox (more information on gamepass itself).
Refunds only possible through GCash.
No refunds shall be issued once the sketch is finalized/paid for.
Same price per additional character.
Your total will vary depending on the complexity of the piece(s).

Though my works typically take about a day to finish, several factors may hinder me from accomplishing that time, like my health or current workload.

What equipment/software do you use for your works?
For hardware, I've been using a Wacom Intuos Draw (CTL-490) since 2017.
As for my laptop, it's an old Macbook from the 2010s, I think.For software, I use FireAlpaca for drawing and animating, and I use Premiere Pro and InShot for my editing.
Are you open to art trades?
I'm only comfortable doing so with friends at this time.
Can I use your art as a header/icon?
As long as you properly credit me in your bio, I'm fine with that.
Can I repost your works?
Again, as long as you credit me properly, I'll allow it.
How come you're so slow with your artworks?
Honestly, I'm just not into drawing as much as I used to be.But I am trying to change that by drawing everyday regardless of my mood. Maybe I won't churn out a masterpiece, and maybe I will - I never know, and that mystery alone is what keeps me at it.Having said that, my biggest hurdle is art blocks lol
