Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms of service stated below.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission request.

  • I have the right to halt/cancel a commission due to poor communication, inappropriate demeanor, or breaching the TOS.

  • Customers must have visual references at the ready - this makes the whole discussion process much smoother and efficient.

  • Customers are not allowed to use my works for any monetary purposes.

  • Do not use any of my works for anything related to crypto/AI/NFTs.

  • Commissioned works may only be used by the client, or by those whom they had authorized.

  • Commissioned works may be reposted by the customer, provided that they properly and clearly credit my Bluesky.

Payments and Refunds

  • A 50/50 payment system is in effect (for the uninformed, this means that you'll pay half of the total before the sketching has begun, and the other half once the piece has been concluded).

  • Depending on the order though, you may be asked to pay in full upfront instead.

  • Currently, both payment and refunds can only be done through GCash (Philippines).

  • No refunds shall be issued once the sketch is finalized/paid for.

  • Same price per additional character.

  • The total will vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Though my artworks typically take less than a day to complete, several factors like my current workload, my health, etc. can affect the process, and may force me to take much longer than usual to complete the piece.I both ask for and appreciate your patience withI do ask for, and truly do appreciate your patience with me as I work on your order(s) :D

What equipment/software do you use for your works?

For hardware, I've been using a Wacom Intuos Draw (CTL-490) since 2017.
As for my laptop, it's a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3.For software, I use FireAlpaca SE for drawing and animating, and I use Premiere Pro and InShot for my editing.

Are you open to art trades?

I'm only comfortable doing so with friends or close mutuals. Please do not ask if you're neither.

Can I use your art as a header/icon?

As long as you properly credit me in your bio, I'm fine with that.

Can I repost your works?

Again, as long as you credit me properly, I'll allow it.

Hey, was that you on an unlisted platform?

If you spotted a supposed account of mine on Threads, Cara, Twitter, or Tumblr, then it's likely an abandoned account of mine.Considering my reach in those places, and the fact that I don't even use them as much (Twitter is a special case though (fuck you, Elon), I just decided to cut ties with those platforms indefinitely.If you do catch supposedly catch me posting recent works on those platforms and I hadn't made an announcement regarding my return, please do let me know firsthand - it's likely that they're an imposter/hacker.

How come you're so slow with your artworks?

I lack the proper drive to create as much as I used to.Also, adult stuff - like finding a job, trying to get into college, that sort of thing.
